My issue is not with item. The main issue is how annoying and unnecessary the return process is. It is absolutely ridiculous. There is no one to talk to, I have to submit a form wait days for a response to tell me they are still working on it. This has deterred me from buying here again

Beautiful lantern, exactly as pitured. Packaged really well. Only negative is shipping took over 4 months. Wish there was a disclaimer before I placed the order. If you're not in rush its worth the wait.
