Product is as expected but took over a month to receive. The initial person I spoke with was not helpful and told me they weren’t required to send anything until it had been 2 whole weeks. After the 2 weeks passed I reach out again (no one contacted me with the delay as most good companies will) and initially was met with a sorry not sorry then after a few more emails, finally received an apology and explanation.
