Delivery took 10 weeks. But worth the wait. The swivel is smooth. It is a firm chair but still comfortable. It's my new 'waiting for the uber" chair. I'm going to purchase a second one soon once our construction is over.

Chairs are amazing. We get lots of complements. Logistics were terrible. It’s impossible to find the status of an order without calling customer service. I was on hold each time over 30 minutes. When we finally received our order, we only received one chair and had to call to find the second chair (which the shippers had lost).
