I ordered a pair of Iittala Tapio Wirkkala glasses and when they arrived , one of them turned out to have a manufacturing defect. I sent a picture of the glass to the customer service email address and in a timely manner, costumer service replied that they would replace the glass, which they did. (In fact I received a new pair of glasses, since that is how they are packaged.) Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with Burke Decor's quick resolution of the situation. Great company!
