It took awhile to receive the product but that seems to be the way retail is since COVID. The price was reasonable, the product is beautiful, and Burke Decor was fairly easy to communicate with. I do wish that BD had a customer service live rep/phone # for communicating issues instead of only email. However, they did respond to my emails and everything worked out well.
