I ordered 3 sets of these napkin rings. Only one arrived with no explanation of where the other two are. I finally got a response back from Burke Decor saying they would be here in 4 - 6 weeks of the order date. This is unacceptable that I was not told that when I ordered them - I wanted to use them for Christmas. I would like to return the one I have and be credited for the ones I have not received but have had no response back from Burke Decor.
