Love the chairs , super comfy and look great . Had an awful experience with tracking them down. I ordered the chairs before thanksgiving, they said they were in stock and ready to ship … I received them 4+ months later . Customer service was horrible to work with … aka non existent. It’s frustrating because I want another one … I bought 3 and I’d love to have 4. But the thought of dealing with them again sounds beyond painful , as does waiting for another 4 months
