I very disappointed with Burke Decor's response time on my damaged lamp. I received my lamp on July 10, 2022. When I unboxed it there were two very noticable chips in the lamp. I emailed them that day letting them know of the damage. I included a picture of the damaged area with the tags still on it and the open box in the background. On the 13th they responded and let me know it would be 4 to 6 days to resolve the issue. I didn't hear form them again until after 6pm on July 19. At that time th...
