These planters are beautiful and sturdy, exactly as pictured, and shipping was quick and secure. One cautionary note on the sizes (and the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars): I bought the small, and the outer diamter was actualy 4.25", not 4.5"; that wouldn't be a big deal except that these are thick-walled planters, so the interior area for soil and plants (what really counts) was only 3.25". That was too small for my repotting project. I would have done better to save the money and buy o...

These planters are beautiful. Unfortunately, two of the four I ordered arrived with broken plant saucers. Burke sent me two free replacements, but those arrived with broken saucers, too. Fortunately, customer service was great, and refunded me for the ones that arrived broken. I think this is just a packaging issue, as there wasn’t much padding between the saucer and planter. Terracotta is very fragile, so I think the jostling around during shipping was enough to break the matching saucers. It’s...
