Love my purchase! The original tree came broken all over . I sent pictures , and they immediately sent a new one which arrived perfect! It’s going to be a highlight of my Holiday decor this year , and I was so happy to find it on sale! Selling in other places for much more!

Came broken. No packaging, no protection, no nothing. I sent three emails with pictures to prove it. Box was perfectly fine, but inside the tree was not wrapped or protected in any way, so it basically was crushed. I am heartbroken. Please see the 11 pictures I sent to show how badly it is broken. The vendor surely knew better. It is very fragile. I know it came from the third party sender. If you could have them send a new one, I would appreciate it. I will be happy to send the ...
