The rug itself is nice but I had a HORRIBLE experience with Burke Decor. I ordered the rug in September 2021 and it was not marked as backordered and there was no indication that it would not be delivered right away. After reaching out to the company multiple times (with them only responding half the time), I finally got the rug delivered in April 2022. Very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this company.
