Ordered this rug back in October for a gift....the delivery date was supposed to be by Nov 15th. But I never got confirmation of delivery. on Dec 10th, I contacted customer service as to the status of my order, they shipped it out within 2 days. Unfortunately, I think they dropped the ball on their end, but at least they made good on it. Beautiful rug and worth the wait!
