The customer service was terrible. My item was listed as “quick ship” but it took over a month. It wasn’t until I gave them a bad review on another site, that followed a couple emails requesting to cancel my order, that it the item was shipped. I love what I picked out as I picked it out but the seller was poor

I didn’t realize that it had a popcorn material on it but overall, I really like it.
