These are beautiful stools, but with 2 out of the 4 we ordered the seat has detached from the base and we can't get it back on again. It came off during normal use when my client stood up from the seated position. Burke Decor has kindly sent us one replacement so far, but we would rather have this fixed than keep getting replacements. What is the solution to keep this from happening?
