Love my rug: it is super cool. Loved the choice at Burke. Have had great experience with them in the past, but this experience is maddening. I received no notice my rug had been shipped. I emailed customer service twice now about the rest of my order (place weeks ago) and have not had a response. While I love the product, not sure I would use the vendor again.
