This is a gorgeous table, it’s perfect for my space. Unfortunately it arrived damaged and I’m trying to work with customer service. I’ve had an open case for over three weeks, it takes a week or longer to get a response from a representative by email, so my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I tried contacting service over the phone and got a voicemail box, I left a message and never got a call back. I’ve had this table for a little over a year and I love it. It’s just beautiful and even the guys who delivered it commented on how nice it looked. It’s very, very heavy and I can’t move it an inch. This is heavy wood! The storage drawers are huge, lots of space for plenty of things I should throw away. The only tiny criticism I have is that the drawers do not glide in and out easily as if on a metal track; they need more coaxing than that—very minor and doesn’t really matter because it’s so ...

Love this coffee table! Did not enjoy the experience while waiting for it to arrive. We knew there was delayed shipping initially, however, they have delayed it 2 more times without any notification to us. We had to call and check on the status and wait one time up to 50min to be connected to the representative. A simple email updating the delivery date would have been nice.
