The Otto Medium Flush Mount ceiling light fixture arrived and was packaged very well so there was no chance it would break in transit. I was happy to see that. The light fixture looks beautiful and it is simple and elegant. Very delighted with the purchase. I have one small complaint. Customer service was difficult to reach and wait times on the phone were very long so I gave up calling to find out about the status of my order.
