Never used this type of washcloth before, but I love it. I will say that while it isn't super coarse, it is definitely not soft either. You can tell that it's made of natural materials and that you're getting a good scrub with this washcloth. It feels sturdy and lathers very well. Even better is that it means less plastic in my home!

I have been looking for a replacement for my Japanese wash cloth that I had bought in Japan years ago. The length is perfect for washing your back. This cloth is far better quality than my original one. I am very happy with this brand. A perfect gift for my best girlfriends too.
