Overall, my experience was AWFUL. I ordered the vase as a wedding gift on 12/8/21 and then Burke forgot about me. I received the vase on 1/23 /22 after a delivery snafu. I waited on the phone more than 45 minutes twice to speak with a customer representative and hung up after great frustration. I would not order from Burke again.
