The first set of four I ordered were not of good quality—etchings in the glass bowls, crooked bowls attached to stems and stems that were not level, which made entire glass rock back and forth. I contacted customer service and was delighted to hear that they were sending out 4 more without tasking me with returning the original four! What great customer service!
Unfortunately 3 of the second set had similar uneven bases which makes drinking martinis from these beautiful glasses a bit precarious...
