I called in to place our order and spoke to a very competent person on the phone. Order took the amount of time I expected it to. It needed to be received in the warehouse, then it would be 2 weeks to ship. That all tracked. I got a call from metropolitan delivery telling me the shipment would be next week. Got a 2nd call confirming the date and time window. Got a 3rd call the day of from the driver and they delivered at the beginning of the 4 hour window. Their service was great. All around goo...

I love the Allegra bed - it looks great and seems very sturdy (though, we have just had it for a week, so I don't know about durability). I would prefer if it were real/solid wood, but I knew that from the description, so that's fine. Delivery was great too. They delivered in the window they said they would, brought it in the house, assembled it, and took all of the packaging. Fantastic delivery experience.
