Love the product, but....it took almost 4 months to ship and communicating Burke Decor was very difficult. I sat on the phone waiting for answer several times for almost an hour at times. Just to ask where my order was! I understand items being back ordered, but communication from the company (without me pestering them for months) would have been nice :(
