This is a really nice pillow. Even more, the customer service I received was exceptional. I ordered 2 of these pillows plus a different purple one. I received these two pillows, but one had a broken zipper. I contacted the company, and it did take several days for them to respond, so I contacted paypal. At that point the customer service was awesome! They refunded the money for the pillow with the broken zipper and the purple pillow that didn't come, AND they still sent me both pillows! I am qui...
