I ordered these sconces for a client. They are so beautiful and unique, but not shown very well in the photos. There is a thick lucite between the metal backplate and the backplate with the sconce arm. Initially in the photos it looked like a thick bronze backplate with a stepped detail in the edge of the backplate, but upon receiving, the thin metal plates are layered with a thick lucite centerplate.
