Product is fine but shipping and communication was horrid. Didn’t ship within window. No communication about delay. Never received a communication it was shipped expect from FedEx because I am signed up for notifications.

I keep getting a request to leave a review and I keep letting you know I do not have the bench. I will leave a review on your shipping service, it’s terribly slow, 2 1/2 months now waiting for a bench and 2 chairs. Very costly so shipping should be much much faster!
