Actually getting the product (ordered in June, received at end of October) was ridiculous. Thankfully, I only had to follow up with Customer Service twice by phone before this item got shipped to me.
I just would have liked to know that my order was not forgotten. I started to question if Burke is a legit company / if I was scammed because there was zero communication about the order delay.
