Definitely would have been a 5 star rating as these chairs are absolutely stunning. I bought 4, but 2 of the 4 have lumps/ bubble like areas on the side of the chairs due to how the fabric was sewn. I didn’t notice them until I had them a few months. I called to request an exchange and explained this room isn’t even used… literally just looked at and I was told they needed to get back to me regarding exchanging them since it feel outside of the timeframe for returns/ exchanges.
