Generally I love this cart and am looking forward to using it a lot. One problem: the wheels are made out of something like zinc or a hard metal, and they create small scratches in my hardwood floors as I push it along. To me, this is a design error; I understand the aesthetic preference, but scratching my floors is a fatal flaw.
