The customer service team can use some improvement. They lag in response and have yet to refund us for other items we've purchased due to items not being delivered and ship dates pushing out without notifying us until we reach out to them. It takes sometimes a week to hear back from them on the status of our order and there is no one to call for an immediate resolution. Items here are great. It is unfortunate their customer service brings their brand down.
