Well, I love this chair, even though I had to wait 4 months to receive. Had I known that when I ordered, I would have cancelled. The chair arrived well packaged, but unfortunately was pretty damaged. I reached out to customer service who promptly made arrangements to return, but finally agreed to our suggestion of a discount if we agreed to keep.
