I was honestly shocked by the low quality of this rug, but to be fair, I had bought a 3x12 jute rug from Pottery Barn at quadruple the price prior to this one which was only about $170. Compared to the Pottery Barn jute runner, this one is very rough on your feet, it feels like walking on sandpaper. Loveeeee the look. I wanted a neutral/natural material and this is it. I will say it’s not the softest or a plush material to walk on but I don’t mind it because the design sort of makes for a natural foot massage :) overall love the 10x13 size… it’s harder to find nice neutral rugs in this size and i think it fits within my living room much better than the 8x10.
