Love the chair so far! Beautiful leather that I'm hoping only gets better with time. I purchased online and wasn't impressed with the LACK of Customer Service follow up though. I ended up having to call them to find out how delivery worked. We'll see if they're any better with the couch that I purchased at the same time (not yet received).
