I love the duvet. I ordered a king size and received a queen. I received all the pillows and shams but my bed is still not complete. I am not happy with the return department. I have made several calls, numerous emails, no one responding back. Finally, I called again and was able to talk to a person. They claim that the return is being processed but I have not heard back. All I want is my king duvet and I'll be a happy customer.
