Using the XL rug in my living room — beautiful cozy texture. The color is closer to the in-room photos here; the closeup product shots are lighter and whiter than IRL. Would describe the color as natural unbleached cotton — like a neutral light beige that's not too warm. Key for me is that this rug is machine washable — I will only buy washable rugs, I am so over spot "cleaning," yuck!
