Love the rug, but literally took months to be delivered. Customer service was semi-responsive, but mostly unhelpful in terms of pinning down the shipping information -- it was "in the shipping queue at the warehouse" for weeks and weeks. Otherwise, love the product. Just wish the shipping would have been more clear on the front end/throughout the process.
