Absolutely horrid customer service. Called once. Was told the incorrect information. The rep was snappy. Took over 15 minutes to be able to even reach a customer service rep. Emailed customer service several times with no response to date per rep’s recommendation. Shipping was extremely delayed. Discouraged from purchasing from company again.
