This is Meg again. Was able to return rug no shipping charge and received the larger rug in a week. It is beautiful and a very high quality rug. Great service and this rug is wonderful!!

I love this rug but I need to return for a larger size. So disappointed, it's just not wide enuf. What can I do??
I will keep the pad and order a new one as I can use pad for another rug.
How do I return or exchange for a larger size?
