The item arrived very quickly, carefully packed, it was beautiful but it has a flaw. So I reached out to customer service and they reacted very promptly even though it was in the busiest time of the year, offered me options how to solve my issue and soon I was holding new piece. So definitely amazing customer service. It was not my first time shopping here and definitely not the last one. I love their nicely curated choice of design objects from all around the world.
