I was not pleased with the initial artwork they sent me. They did, however, ensure that I was satisfied with the finished product. I had several changes made to the portrait before it was perfect. I wish it had been like that from the beginning. They will undoubtedly save money by showing you the artwork before sending it the first time. Anyway, we are very pleased with the final product; it looks amazing, thank you!!
