After years of soccer, I have some ankle and knee issues that make squatting to full depth tough without lifters. But, if you’ve ever tried to run, double under, box jump, burpee, t2b, etc in lifters, you know they’re pretty cumbersome in a wod. Versalifts have given me the ability to squat well without hindering my ability to do everything else. I think everyone should own a pair.
