The Namirsa Pro has worked wonders for me. I wish I had this back when I was playing sports as it really helps with my recovery getting ready for my next workout. The Namirsa has changed my life. I’m a professional dancer entering my 40’s and dancing a full weekend really wears me out nowadays. These pads work as advertised and cover more area than the circular ones. I'd like if they came with a plastic pad to store them when not in use.
