Unfortunately this cable wasn't the right cable for the Ender 3 MAX, it's too short for this machine and the same length as the standard Ender 3 printers but that isn't Technology Outlets fault; creality for some reason don't issue the same cable for replacement? I was in communication with a chap named Myles and he was very helpful in assisting me with the right cable to fix my issue, in the end we used a cable for an entirly different printer.
