Had to get a replacement as the stock extruder motor was slipping and my models were failing due to filament jamming..once the new one arrived it was fitted then calibrated to if it was over or under extruding and it turned out to be slightly under. Followed a vidio on youtube ,of which there are many, and the motor has been fine. No slips and no jams. Bought using Klarna. A vital buy. Will be buying another for my spares box

had an issue with the z access motor on the new Ender 5 I purchased at the beginning of the year as kept jamming. Had no luck with Creality so bit the bullet & purchased a new motor. delivery was really quick & did not take long to switch out.....and what do you know, issue solved straight away!! brilliant service & delivery

We actually brought it for our Halloween animated props rather than our printer it works a treat .very scarey moving clown 🤡. We have used a number of similar product for our props this is one of the better models .this is done every year for charity outside our home so I suspect we will purchase more as we progress.

Arrive early, and as described, can't comment on functionality as turns out my issue wasn't related to the stepper but build quality seems identical to original as expected.
