I was really scared to use this on my face at first so I tried it on an old burn mark on my arm that’s been there for over 10 years. Shockingly it started to fade away just after one use. So I like the laser it works, it just takes a lot of work and you have to be consistent on large areas. By work I mean you have to go over the area a couple of time to get to results.

I didnt really like this product, maybe because I have a low pain tolerance.. but that "near painless" claim did nottt prove true (for me)! The zaps would sting on every level and intensity, which is sad because im here for helping our melanated people reduce our dark marks. :( But weirdly, I did notice on the back of this product that it had a "Neatcell" sticker.. Is this the same device?

Be careful!! If you have sensitive skin it will be very painful if you leave it in one spot too long. Works and would definitely recommend!!! I have scars from skin rash and it took them away but it’s not instant!! These things take time so be patient and you’ll love what it does. NOTE: don't hold the device TOO FAR AWAY!! You MUST put the tip ON YOUR SKIN! The plastic piece on the end is measured to how far away you need it to work, so if you hover the device it’s not going to work!!

This product does what it says...it removes tattoos and skin spots. The directions are confusing but videos are on YouTube. I spent $450 for three laser removal sessions. The last one did very little, so I tried this. The first treatment appears to have removed about 10% more and it didn't hurt nearly as much.
