Interesting information and a helpful nutritionist-great combo

This was a quick and easy test based on my 23&me dataset. Frankie lead an excellent call. I'll need to dig into the report to better understand key food selections (e.g. no olive oil or blueberries). I also found out that my body is slow at processing caffeine. I'm not sure whether this is consistent with the fact that I don't get the boost most people seem to get from that morning cup of joe.

Frankie was a great help in understanding my Genopalate results. There is a lot of great information in them and it's fun to see and learn about which foods are genetically best for you! The review session was awesome!

I decided to try Geno Palate because I was looking for a test to help me figure out my macros. Overall I have tried incorporating my macros and more Geno Palate recommended foods and have felt awesome.

These results are spot on! When I found out that I am less likely to prefer sweet snacks I wasn't shocked at all since I knew I preferred salty! This really gave me the validation that I needed.

I love showing off my GenoPalate app to my friends and family because it's so interesting. Finding out if I was sensitive to alcohol and caffeine was probably one of the coolest things I have done all year.

I signed up for the group consultation which was held on zoom with one of the GenoPalate dietitians. I found this consultation very informative and I felt comfortable to ask any questions. The dietitians that held my consultation was very nice and she even went the extra mile to answer questions in the near future.
