Love my Ryse. No issues and works great with HomeKit. Does exactly what it's made for! Highly recommend

the smart shade and all of the accessories are crazy easy to install. This has leveled up my apartment so much and has simplified my day even if its for something as small as opening and closing the blinds :)

Good reason to reduce length of cord is the tense buildup on one side and slack on the other causing a bounce in opening blinds especially of significant weight. Google never seems to understand but 1 specific command which is "open blinds to..." cant say close or even 50%. Love the device though.

Happy with my purchase, it lifts two 6*7 shades with no effort. The app can be a little bit clunky to use and the connection is not super reliable over the app, but using the button on the device works flawlessly.

Works like a charm. Tough enough to handle even rough blind mechanicals. Am concerned that the supplied bead connectors cause the mechanism to bind and even break teeth. Fortunately i have enough length in the chain to avoid a full rotation through the bead connector

I have a problem with one of the smart shades. Right after the first couple of uses, it started making more noise than the ones installed in other shades. Then the motor keept moving but the curtain was not opening or closing and after removing the back cover I see the dents on the gear broken.

Bought it for the sole purpose of HomeKit integration, and it works as advertised. The pairing process is simple and fast. There’s no wifi, only ethernet. So far control seems to be stable but need more time to tell.

This is a product perfect for people who live in an apartment where you can’t really change out the entire blind. The blinds I have are quite heavy which made me worry. But the Ryse took care of them without issue. The installation is simple and fast. HomeKit integration seems reliable as well with the bridge.

Absolutely love RYSE for my shades! It’s so convenient. I love that I can schedule times to open and close my shades. It’s also nice to make adjustments without the manual labor. I simply press a button or give and command and it’s like magic ! Seriously a game changer. Thank you RYSE!

Really happy with my purchase of my RYSE SmartShade + BatteryPack. Also ended up buying the SmartBridge too. The only reasons I didn't give it five stars are; Price, Noise Level, and integration. I found it to be a little expensive, took me a while to decide to buy it, but it turned out to be worth it.
