First I want to say that I love, love the soup dumplings, which is wat I attempted to reorder and received the dumplings instead.
The texture and chicken ratio was perfect, although somewhat bland.
It made me wonder if you thought about making other flavors, such as:
Chicken Curry Dumplings
Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings
Chicken or Beef with Garlic Ginger Dumplings
Sadly, I have to wait until December to reorder
because we're going out for Thanksgiving.

My order of Beef Potstickers came fairly quickly. It was a little pricey when including the shipping cost.
We tried them immediately.
The pan frying went well and the steaming was easy.
There was some let down on the flavor, however. They were a bit one note. Very little distinction from the 'wrapping'. We used a quality Tamari sauce and a hot chili sauce as dips.

These dumplings gave me the worst heart burn I’ve ever had, so bad I can still feel it weeks later… I don’t get acid reflux, either. After the company brushed off my concerns over the way they present their ingredients list and that the beef pho dumplings contain MSG, I decided to give them to a friend who’s far less discerning about what she eats and usually loves dumplings- she told me today the heart burn made her throw up!
