My whole family loves both the dumplings and the potstickers. Can’t beat dinner in 11 minutes! The dumpling sauce with a little of the chili oil is perfect. My one child loves the ginger based sauce. Definitely worth it to buy extra bags on hand.

Excellent quality. Bought the bamboo steamer too. Great meal in 11 minutes! We make a dipping sauce of 3 parts black vinegar to 1 part soy sauce with seem ginger shreds—goes great with the dumplings!

These are really good, but not quite as good as your xiao long bao. I don’t know why you only make them in chicken or beef, which I prefer neither. In my opinion, the best dumpling of this style is always pork and leek with shiitake mushroom. I really wish you would make these dumplings that way.

Besides the juiciness factor for a regular dumpling, I find the flavor a little lacking for a beef dumpling. It was okay. The wrapping is a bit thick for this type of dumpling.
