The sauce is really good and goes well with the chicken and pork dumplings. I like the texture, it really sticks nicely to the dumpling. I also like the salty hint you get, especially with the chicken dumpling.

Dipping sauce has too thick of a consistency. Tastes like soy sauce with barely a hint of vinegar or ginger.
