This is such a great device to help break the habit. I need something to hold and fidget with. The cores have decent flavors, some are better than others and others last long than others. Overall, I'm satisfied with what I got. I did have an issue with the barrel separating from the core chamber and reached out to customer service who went above and beyond to help me. I find that the flavors are very distinct from one another and enjoyable. They last longer than expected and are fun enough to be an actual alternative to smoking. I started to crave the taste of my füm and it sure helps kick the habit!

I’d been smoking for 40 years and made any number of unsuccessful attempts to stop. Never lasted. FUM ended up being the thing that worked! I’m sure that I was just finally mentally ready, but FUM made quitting a lifelong habit easier than I could have ever anticipated. Great product.

The orange vanilla is my favorite!! It’s actually one of the only flavors I like I wish you would come out with sum other flavors!! Like Strawberry… Strawberry banana… purple haze… vanilla bean… cherry vanilla… black cherry… Stawberry would be my number one choice maybe even stawberry vanilla!!

My experience with füm has been awesome, I smoked for almost 20 years, and then started vaping to stop cigarettes. Then I found myself relying on the vape as it was just another nicotine hit. I came across füm, and was the best decision I ever made. So far so good 😎

I’ve been using Fum from the day I received it. Threw out my vape the next day. The first few days are the hardest, but if you really want to quit, this is the easiest way. I was a smoker for 35+ years and vaping for about three years. I’m DONE!!

I love this one. All flavour are great to be honest. It's been 6 weeks now that I stop smoking. I succeded in great part because of FUM. It really helped me delay the crave and change my mind. It works but only if you put the will.
